Leg kick or no stride it doesn’t matter. If you know how to load you can do it from anywhere. The rhythm stays the same.
Barry Bonds is a great example of this. There are videos of him with a leg kick, toe tap, a combination of the two, and a no stride. It didn’t matter what he did, the loading process is all the same.
Bo Bichette, Trea Turner, Zach Neto, and Jackson Holliday are some other names that come to mind. Doesn’t matter what they do with their front leg-pick it up or leave it down. They always load the same.
