KTM RCDC 390 Fuel Pump Testing

Welcome back to the RC4DC 390 project—where we are merging raw petrol power with custom DC boost! Now that we have our high-flow injector sorted, we need to make sure our fuel delivery system can consistently maintain the necessary pressure under load. In this episode, we are diving into Fuel Pump Testing. We are wiring up and configuring our fuel pump control through the MaxxECU Sport, setting up our prime cycles, and testing our fuel pressure regulator to ensure a rock-solid, stable baseline pressure.

We are pushing ahead through our core pipeline: PLAN ➡️ BUILD ➡️ TEST ➡️ REVISE. Let’s make sure our fuel supply is completely bulletproof before we finally get to a first start!
