FLOW STATE: what it is and how to access it
This would be one of many videos that I will be speaking about Flow State which is a type of consciousness where we are in a heightened state of presence.
Flow state is when all of our attention is in the present moment on what we are doing and therefore increasing our performance, expanding our minds ability to operate, while creating a sensation of fulfillment.
What takes us out of flow state is stress and fear that we experience in our body and mind.
About 4 years ago, I decided to take a break from bodybuilding to learn how to get myself into this Flow State. After 4 years of nonstop learning, experimenting, and training others, I put together a method that helps a person become present by eliminating the stress and fear in their body. I posted my daily morning routine here if you would like to check it out.

This routine is something I do every morning to eliminate any unwanted stress, that may have been accumulated from the day before. Flow Training puts my body in a calm and relaxed state allowing me to reach a high state of presence and performance.
