I took a picture of SUPERNOVA 2022hrs in NGC 4647 Galaxy through my Telescope
On April 16, 2022, a new Supernova was discovered by Koichi Itagaki (Japan) in the galaxy NGC 4647 which is about 63 million light years from us. The supernova was designated as 2022hrs. 7 nights later (April 23, 2022) I took a picture of this supernova!
The equipment I used:
Camera: Sony a6400
Telescope: WO GT 71 II + FLAT6AIII (335 mm, f / 4.7)
Mount: iOptron CEM26 GoTo iPolar LiteRoc
Picture parameters:
16x140 sec.
