Wok with natural surfaces comes in four different materials: carbon steel, cast iron, light cast iron, and stainless steel. Which one should you buy? This video reviews these four types of wok and discusses their pros and cons. They all perform well from the standpoint of their cooking functions. However, the choice often comes down to personal preferences. I use all of them regularly, and I like them for different reasons.
