In today's video, I am answering some of my most commonly asked questions that I get in regards to intermittent fasting and my weight loss journey. Thank you for bearing with me through my technical difficulties, you all are amazing! I follow the 16:8 plan 16 hours of fasting and an 8 hour eating window. I've been intermittent fasting for over a year now and this is what works best for me. My body has adjusted to intermittent fasting and I can now go long periods of time without being hungry. So if you are just starting make sure that you are listening to your body and what it needs. Please check with your physician making any changes in your lifestyle.
