Ask someone to name a dangerous animal and they would probably name a shark or a lion. However, these animals don't even make it to the list of the top 10 most aggressive animals in the world. But before we tell you more about these animals, be sure to participate in our giveaway for a chance to win the latest PlayStation console or the latest iPhone, leave a like, subscribe, and comment on the key words displayed on the screen later on in the video. Be sure to stick around to the end to see the aggressive most animal in the world.

Number 10 Honey badger

Don't be fooled by the small size of honey badger, this small animal is as aggressive as they come. Although Honey Badgers are only about the size of a small dog (55 to 77cm) they are downright vicious. The animal has been known to attack anything and everything. In fact, it was named as the "World's Most Fearless Creature" by the prestigious Guinness Book of World Records. You might have seen the viral video of Honey Badger attacking a lion and the lion scuttling away in fear. Yep, these animals are that aggressive. The reason for their extreme fearlessness is their skin. The rubbery epidermis is so thick that a predator could bite it with full force, and it wouldn't feel anything much. In the meantime, the Honey Badger would just wait around and attack the predator with its crazy sharp teeth. According to experts, the bite force is enough to crack the shell of a tortoise, which as you can probably guess is more than enough to crush your skull too.

Number 9 Wolverine

You must have seen the Wolverine in the Marvel franchise, but the real animal is nothing like the hot Hugh Jackman. The carnivorous animal is about 65 to 110cm, much larger than the Honey Badger. Although their scientific name is quite adorable (Gulo gulo, in case you are interested in knowing), the animal is quite the opposite. It is aggressive enough to fight large predators such as wolves and even bears. And what's more? It succeeds in killing them too, sometimes even two or more together. Wolverines are creatures of the alpine region and they are distributed all around the world. So, the next time you are thinking of taking a vacation in Northern Canada, be sure to steer clear of this aggressive animal, as they are known to destroy complete cabins when they are in a foul mood.

Number 8 Dingo

Ah, the Dingo: an adorable dog-like animal with the temperament of an angered bear. You must have heard the famous line from a movie: "a dingo ate my baby". The baby-eating animal might look like a docile, domestic dog, but actually, it's much closer to a wolf. Think of it as a mix between a wild dog and a wolf. Currently, Dingoes are the largest known predators in Australia, and they are aggressive enough to fight just any animal. The animal is fearless enough to even prey on humans although they usually target women and children.

Number 7 Mandrill

Next on our list is the Mandrill. Remember Rafiki from the Lion King? Yeah, that monkey. But don't get confused, this monkey isn't kind or loving at all. The vicious primate has sharp teeth and mighty long canines that are enough to pierce an animal to pieces. Mandrills are the largest monkeys in the world and these omnivores munch on a variety of snacks. This includes birds, tortoises, frogs, rats, and even porcupines. If they have the opportunity, they would happily munch on larger prey such as baby antelopes and bay duikers too. Hypothetically, it can shred a human to pieces as well. Those razor-sharp teeth are enough to give life-threatening wounds and lacerations to even an average-sized adult. But don't worry, your chances of being attacked by mandrill are pretty slim as they are usually found in tropical rainforests. In addition to this, the population of the mandrill is slowly decreasing due to extensive deforestation.
