Previously Sabotaged AC Freezing Not cooling Multiple Problems Iced Up, Dirty Condenser, Leaking R22

Return to a previously sabotaged old Trane condenser. No AC Can I Get Old Sabotaged Trane Compressor to Pump pt 1 https://youtu.be/0uSHOw18S2w I saved the Air conditioning system a few years ago. I am told the unit has been icing up. After checking the filter inside and making sure the blower motor works inside. I climb up onto the roof. Testing operation of the condensing unit. The contactor is burnt up and welded keeping the condenser from shutting off. Therefore I leak search the are with oil near the valve. Finding the leak, the valve core was leaking. Also the condenser coil was plugged. I clean the condenser coil. Finally, I charge up the ac system with 3lbs of r22.
This unit 3 years ago I replaced the condenser fan motor and blade. Another company put to large MFD capacitors on the compressor and fan motor.
