This is a tutorial on how to make a deco mesh wreath using poof and ruffles and ribbon.

14” wreath frame

9 pipe cleaners
2 zip ties.

21” deco mesh for 10” poofs.
10” deco mesh for rolls. The inner ring has 20” ruffles and the outer ring has 30” ruffles.
I used 2 colors of deco mesh. You’ll need 9 of each color in the 30” and 3 of each color in the 20”.
The deco mesh came from Craft Outlet.

I used 6 different ribbons and you need 9 of each ribbon and they are 13” long. the ribbon came from Sam’s club and Costco.

The wreath sign- I got the elements from Creative Fabrica and put it together. I printed it on my sublimation printer and then heat pressed it. Punched holes in the sign put pipe cleaners in the holes and attached to the wreath.
