This is a tutorial on how to make a deco mesh wreath using the poof method, ruffles and ribbon.

14” wreath frame
21” deco mesh for poofs. I did 10” poofs two poofs per section for the outer ring and 1 poof per section on the inner ring.
10” deco mesh for the ruffles.
The bow was made with the bowdabra.
The deco mesh is from Hobby Lobby and Craft Outlet.
