Condimento Burro e Oro

Il Condimento Burro e Oro è semplicissimo e ci si può condire qualsiasi tipo di pasta o il riso.
Io l'ho imparato da mia suocera, Bolognese che ci condiva i tortelloni di ricotta.

Tempo di preparazione: 15-20 minuti

Ingredienti
1 cucchiaio di conserva triplo concentrato
Un bicchiere d'acqua
Un quarto di dado
20g circa di burro

Preparazione:
Versare in un pentolino l'acqua, la conserva e il dado. Mettere sul fornello a temperatura sostenuta
Fare assorbire tutta l'acqua e quando sarà ristretto togliere dal fuoco e aggiungere il pezzetto di burro che si scioglierà da solo.

Condire a piacere pasta o riso!

20g of butter

Preparation:
Pour the water, tomato preserve and the piece of stock cube in a saucepan. Place on the stove at a high temperature
Allow all the water to absorb and when it is done, remove the pan from the heat and add the piece of butter that will melt by itself.

Season pasta or rice to taste!
