Interest Rates EXPLODE and The Housing CRISIS Spreads! 2021 Housing Crash Warning

Interest rates are starting to go higher and millions of Americans are starting to get worried. The real estate market is highly driven by lower interest rates which motivates home buyers to purchase homes, investors to take on loans and movement to happen at a rapid pace. Over the last week we've seen interest rates spike up almost .70% in my case for a recent loan we were working on. This is a drastic jump which can change the entirety of a loan that you once thought made sense.

The housing market is in a very confusing place were demand is extremely high, supply is very low, interest rates at one point were also very low but as they start to go up fear begins to rise. The housing crash is a very famous topic in todays market were many are wondering when will it happen if even happen? We are in a housing crisis were homes are flying off the shelves and competition is FIERCE!

I remember in 2017 as I was flipping real estate everyone around me would say we are in a housing bubble. In 2017/2018/2019 everyone was holding off on purchases saying a housing crash was coming, a real estate collapse is coming or something dangerous in the real estate market was near. None of that happened and in fact the market kept going higher and higher.

In todays video I share with you a real world example that happened to me and my clients just yesterday with interest rates going up .70% on us. If you are in the market to buy a property, make sure you consult with your lender again to ensure you still qualify. To many this rate jump isn't a "concern" but I hope this video brings to your attention IT SHOULD BE a concern. A housing crisis is here and everyone is in panic mode.
