Housing market crash – why hasn’t it happened yet?! | Vlog #031

I’ve resisted going with the wave of content about the property market crash. There were indicators that a market crash might happen in late 2020. However, this housing market crash has not happened, on the contrary. Prices and sales are booming right now!
So what is happening on the property market?

Let us talk about the main factors that prevented the property market crash so far.
First, the measures the government put in place have had a positive impact.
Second, many enough people now sit on available cash, partly due to government grants/support, partly due easy access to cheap money.
