Jesus Makes a Whip and Clears the Temple - John 2:13-23

In this Bible Blocks video Jesus makes a whip of small cords and proceeds to clear the temple of sheep, oxen, money changers and merchants. It is one of two similar occasions recorded in the gospels. This story comes from the book of John, while the other is recorded in Matthew 21 & Luke 19. Interestingly, those who saw this event then asked Jesus for another miraculous sign as though perhaps they considered this to be a fulfillment of messianic prophecy and were looking for further evidence.
