Mass Cycle: Recovery. (Incline Bench, HSPU, Pull Ups, Push ups, OHP, Biceps, Squats)
Recovery.
Hey Guys,
I'm sorry I did not post videos for such a long time. I injured my right shoulder last summer (august 2019) (non training related).
I've had to go through several months of physical therapy and had to train around the injury for a while. I could not do inclined bench, dips and multiple other moves.
Even after those months, it did not became completely better, so I went to the hospital. Here they found out I got an instable AC-Joint and a Labrum impingement. I got treated with prolotherapy, where they injected glucose into my AC-Joint and Labrum.
Things are going much better now and I'm on the right track again!
For those of you who wonder what weights I'm using:
Inclined 105 kg
Pullups 25 kg
Pushups 60 kg
OHP 30 kg
Biceps 22 kg
Wrist curls 60 kg
Squats 125 kg
I am also working hard on my HSPU form! Tuck planches and FL's to get the feel again and a little more skill exposure.
Weight: ~ 97 KG / 214 LBS - Height: 188 CM (6'2'')
