The current state of fusion rifles in PvP (It's not good)

I wish I had done this sooner. Back in update 2.8, fusion rifles got various nerfs. In this video I explain what is happening with them now. I don't like what I found out and I don't believe you will either. All charge time/frames are covered as well as their use. It's not pretty.
