How to use Nightstalker tether in PvP and why it can fail you

In this video I talk about how to do better with shadowshot. The nightstalkers tether. It has a couple issues. I go over these and my hope is with you knowing about them, you can counter act. Truth is tether can be a great super, but it can be just as bad. I give suggestions on how to use it as well as everything it does. I hope it helps.
