What Are SAFE Notes? | Favor & Sunroom CoFounder Ben Doherty

Ben closes his talk by answering a question regarding the different types of Convertible Notes. He explains what convertible notes are, what the different variants of SAFE notes are and how to find the right cap for your convertible note.

Ben Doherty is currently the CEO and CoFounder of Sunroom Rentals, and, prior to its merge with HEB, the CoFounder an executive at the Austin-based delivery service Favor. He was also a member of BoostVC Accelerator's first tribe.
