CataractCoach™1814: My Week: what happened to the capsule?
Just looking at the title picture should give you a little stress -- it does for me! In this case, there is aspiration of the capsule into the aspiration port of the IA handpiece. Is the capsule still intact? Why did this happen? What are the risk factors for this? Which IOL type should you implant? And it what direction/manner? Ahh, so many questions...
