Fasten your seatbelts and ride Lisbon tram 28 with me! Full route, all the stops, with detailed historical information and context, up and down through Lisbon's picturesque hilltop neighborhoods and narrow streets, aboard a 1930's wooden tramcar, one of Lisbon's unmissable experiences.

Tram 28 follows the route: Martim Moniz - Graça - Alfama - Portas do Sol Viewpoint - Lisbon Cathedral - Baixa/Downtown - Chiado - São Bento - Estrela - Campo de Ourique

These historic trams are still in use, as the Lisbon 28 tram route is completely unsuitable for modern trams, due to its numerous tight turn, narrow streets and steep gradients. Tram 28 follows a very scenic route, passing through many of Lisbon's historic districts, and provides one of the best tours of the city.
