1. Bulgarian Split Squat: 12 reps; 4 sets
2. Reverse Lunge: 10 on each side; 4 sets
2. SUPERSET W/: Banded Side steps: 20 reps
3. Abductor Machine: 10 reps heavy and torso forward, 10 reps lighter torso back and glutes tucked; 4 sets
3. SUPERSET W/: Pulsing Curtsey Lunge: 10 reps each side
4. Hip Thrusts: 15 reps with weight, 15 reps unweighted
4. SUPERSET w/: KB RDLs (bend leg to focus on glutes): 12 reps
