Brahma Muhurta Time
Although the sun is always above your head, but when I say that the sun is right on your head, it means it is perpendicular to your head at that time. At that time it works in a special way. This time is from 3.40 to the next 12 to 20 minutes.
Now the question comes, what should we do in this time? Do we meditate or do action in this time? It does not matter what you do.
