食譜/RECIPE:

準備時間 ： 5 分鐘
烹飪時間 ： 5分鐘

【材料】：
* 番茄 2 粒
* 雞蛋 3 粒
* 糖 少許
* 蕃茄醬 1 tbsp
* 水 少許
* 白胡椒粉 適量
* 蔥花 適量

【烹飪步驟】：

1. 蕃茄去蒂切塊。
2. 将鸡蛋打入碗中，加适量白胡椒粉, 搅打均匀待用。
3. 燒熱鍋下油，大火倒入蛋漿，蛋炒至半熟盛起備用。
4. 将剩余的油烧热，下蕃茄煸炒，加入茄汁、糖和水。
5. 再倒入已炒好的鸡蛋翻炒几下，混合均匀后出锅即成。
6. 洒上葱花，趁热食用。
Preparation Time ： 5 minutes
Cooking Time ：5 minutes

【Ingredients】：
* Tomatoes x2
* Egg X 3
* Sugar appropriate
* Ketchup 1 tbsp
* Water appropriate
* Ground pepper appropriate
* Spring onions appropriate

【Preparation & Cooking】：
1. Cut tomatoes into small wedges. Remove the stems.
2. Crack eggs into a bowl, season with ground pepper. Beat until smooth.
3. Heat a frying pan/wok over medium heat and add the cooking oil. Add the eggs, scramble the eggs and remove from the wok immediately. Set aside.
4. Add 1 more tablespoon oil to the wok, turn up the heat to high, and add the tomatoes. Stir fry for 1 minute, and then add tomato sauce, pinch of sugar, some water. Leave to cook until the tomatoes have softened.
5. Pour in the cooked eggs and stir to combine. Continue to stir-fry over high heat until the sauce thickens.
6. Garnish with spring onion. Serve hot and enjoy!
