2022 Distinguished Alumna: Gay Gaddis

Gay W. Gaddis founded and led T3 for 30 years, growing it into the largest woman-owned independent advertising agency in the U.S. In 2019, Gaddis sold T3 at the height of success to a leading private equity firm. As a speaker, author of Cowgirl Power: How to Kick Ass in Business & Life, and founder of Women Who Mean Business at McCombs, Gaddis empowers the next generation. Her accolades include induction into the McCombs Hall of Fame, the Liz Carpenter Lifetime Achievement Award, Fast Company’s Top 25 Women Business Builders, Inc. magazine’s Top 10 Entrepreneurs of the Year, and C200’s Entrepreneurial Excellence. Gaddis was recognized by Texas Monthly as one of “10 Artists to Collect Now,” and her vibrant paintings have been in galleries in New York and Santa Fe.
