In this video, I demonstrate how to create a Security Group in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), which is one of the foundational identity governance tasks for Azure administrators.

Security groups are the backbone of role-based access control (RBAC) in Azure.
Instead of assigning permissions to individual users, enterprises assign permissions to groups—ensuring consistency, reducing administrative overhead, and enforcing least-privilege access.

• Create a new Security group
• Define its name, purpose, and membership type
