This House would impose a sin tax on the purchase of all meat products

A sin tax is an excise tax specifically levied on certain goods deemed harmful to society, such as alcohol, tobacco, and gambling. Then, shouldn't we also have to pay more to purchase foods that cause animal suffering and pollute the planet? But the problem is, the burden of the taxes is likely to fall heavily on the poor. What is subject to sin tax? And will it really change consumer behavior and the world for the better?

This week, students from Anyang Foreign Language High School, Seongnam Foreign Language High School, Gimcheon High School and Dongducheon Foreign Language High School argue for and against the motion "This House would impose a sin tax on the purchase of all meat products."

그 어느 때 보다 치열했던 이번 대결! 도구를 활용하며 참신한 연사를 했던 참가자! 그리고 연속적으로 제시되는POI, 하지만 방어를 위한 거절에 잠시 차분해지려는 찰나. 다시금 시작된 POI의 연속! 과연 참가자들은 당황하지 않고 끝까지 자신의 연사를 이어갈 수 있을까?
그리고 준결승전에 올라갈 마지막 참가자는 과연 누가 될까?
