STREET WORKOUT | FULL PLANCHE WORKOUT
Here's my full workout routine to planche. Notice that I have trained for planche over 5 years now, the intensity of this workout won't be suitable for everyone. I would recommend atleast having good base of basics for push ups, dips and core exercises such as dragonflag to start doing these kind of workouts. Be comfortable with those exercises and then start doing advanced stuff.
And what I mean by that the intensity is really high here; I do 10 sets of different planche exercises on this workout. For beginners I would recommend something between 3-6 sets of planche exercises to start with. Mostly work with the basics (even tho it's boring) and then move on to more advanced exercises such as tuck planches and pseudo planche push ups for example. Be patient. Gains will come when you are ready to work on them.
