Use Teams Spotlight to quickly switch between PowerPoint slides and your video when presenting

Using the Spotlight feature in a Microsoft Teams meeting can help you overcome a common complaint when sharing PowerPoint slides. When you share slides, your video becomes a small window below the slides. It is hard for the attendees to see your facial expressions or gestures. The Teams Spotlight feature allows you to temporarily put your video large on everyone’s screen instead of your slides. Then you can switch back to your slides quickly and easily.

The technique demonstrated in this video allows you to switch to your video to tell a story during your presentation, is a smoother way to end your presentation, and allows you to answer a question without an unrelated slide showing on the attendees’ screens.
