In this video, I will show you how I cook buchi that doesn’t crack and also the sesame seeds are not removed. I also made buchi’s with three different fillings which are cheese, flat tops chocolates, and langka (jackfruit).

Tips:
Use hot water for the dough (not boiling water and not lukewarm) so the buchi doesn't crack when it's cooked.

make sure to let it rest first for about 20mins-30mins. before putting the filling to make sure that it'ss not too sticky once you roll it on your palms.

For everyone who wants to sell it ... try to make 1 tbsp of dough so you can do more and get the size right at 10pesos price.

Ingredients:
3 + 1/2 cups glutinous flour
1 + 1/4 cups water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp. vegetable oil
cooking oil for frying

Filling:
Your choice of filling
I used cheese, langka (jackfruit), and flat tops.
