How to be in a caloric deficit (FAT LOSS) - SIMPLE.

You always hear: "In order to lose fat you have to be in a caloric deficit!!" Which means burning more energy than you take in.. but what does that really mean and how do you do that?? I make it real simple for you in this video (I HOPE.) with simple math.

TDEE = Total Daily Energy Expenditure (also your MAINTENANCE calories)

Maintenance Calories (TDEE) = How much calories you need in order to MAINTAIN the physique you're at.

How to find your TDEE/Maintenance: Must find your BMR and Activity level

BMR Calculators: https://www.active.com/fitness/calculators/bmr
TDEE Calculators: https://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/dri-calculator/
*REMEMBER, THESE WILL GIVE YOU AN ESTIMATED RANGE, NOT AN EXACT/ACCURATE AMOUNT*

Once you find your maintenance calories, you then will create a deficit of 10-15% which is recommended (-200-300 cals every week) or you can even calorie cycle.
