The MiSTer Mini-ITX Ironclad Plus - MiSTer FPGA goes ITX! | Hey, Mister!! Episode 01

In this episode of Hey, MiSTer!! we will take a look at the MiSTer Mini-ITX Ironclad Plus by d3fmod design. This is essentially a deluxe I/O board that comes in the ITX form factor, including an ATX style i/o shield and an ATX style power connector for PC PSUs. This means you can use PC cases for your MiSTer setup. Finally, the looks match the MiSTer's performance. Hey, MiSTer!! is my series where I talk about the MiSTer FPGA project. MiSTer utilizes the DE10-nano FPGA development board in order to function as a simulation of original gaming hardware. So this is essentially hardware emulation rather than the most commonly found software emulation. Without getting into too much details: Hardware emulation beats software emulation - that's why FPGA solutions in general and MiSTer especially are so awesome.
