First Look: Davidoff Year of the Dragon Double Corona Cigar | Kirby Allison #yearofthedragon

🐉 In today's video, we explore the 2024 Davidoff Year of the Dragon Double Corona, the latest addition to Davidoff's limited edition zodiac series. Since 2012, Davidoff has been releasing a yearly zodiac-themed cigar, and these have quickly become collector's items. The zodiac animal for each year not only influences the packaging but also the design of the cigar itself, allowing Davidoff to showcase both creativity and innovation in their cigar design.

🏮 The 2024 Year of the Dragon is a double corona, measuring 50 x 7.5 inches, with an Ecuadorian wrapper, a Dominican binder, and a blend of fillers from the Dominican Republic, Mexico, and Nicaragua. It features eight different tobaccos that have been aged for a total of 60 years.

🎍 One unique aspect of this cigar is the bottom 1 cm of the foot, which is left unwrapped to expose the binder. This design choice allows smokers to taste the flavor of the cigar without the influence of the wrapper and provides an interesting lighting experience, akin to a dragon breathing fire.
