we'd like to add the address where work was done one i assume we can bulk add this info and 2 Can we heat map the locations for targeted marketing So yes so NetSuite does support multiple addresses for a customer So if you have some really outdated ones from back in the sixties I believe you said We can input those as well as their up-to-date location if that would have changed NetSuite also does allow us to drag and drop files into the system So if you have the PDFs you can drop that in with your customer record So it's stored there and anybody in the future can access it as needed And then in terms of marketing NetSuite does have marketing automation tools So if you want to run campaigns for customers in specific locations absolutely
