► D E S C R I P T I O N
Come Live with Me is a 1941 American romantic comedy film produced and directed by Clarence Brown and starring James Stewart and Hedy Lamarr. Based on a story by Virginia Van Upp, the film is about a beautiful Viennese refugee seeking United States citizenship who arranges a marriage of convenience with a struggling writer.

► N O T E
This has been my first ever Hedy film, and so it does hold a special place in my heart. I must say, she is quite an actress (she makes blasé look amazingly beautiful), and after watching Bombshell: The Hedy Lamarr Story, I just knew I needed to post an edit of her films as soon as possible!

Also, in the wide spectrum of James Stewart's leading ladies, I found he had the best chemistry with Hedy (who wouldn't though?) and that really shows in this film. Lastly, if you haven't watched this yet, I do highly recommend it (the ending is my absolute favourite!)
