Weight Loss journey | 7 Weeks of Kettle Hell : Doing a Kettlebell Crossfit WOD with 200 lbs to lose

For the last 7 weeks, I have been doing this Kettle Hell work out (or WOD: Workout of the Day) every Saturday. Last week I set a record, so I decided this week it was time to share my experience doing a CrossFit workout at over 300 lbs. Also, I want to share my nonscale victories whenever I have them! And, in this video I share some really important ones to me. This journey is going to be a long game. I have a LONG WAY to go and I am not trying to take any short cuts, do a "diet," instead I am focusing on living my best life NOW by trying to enjoy my weight loss journey.
