Spirit Airlines flight was diverted after a passenger appeared to try to open an emergency exit door

Not so friendly skies for one passenger.

A passenger was wrestled to the floor of a Spirit Airlines plane after appearing to try to open an emergency exit door in mid-flight.

A scuffle occurred in the aisle between flight attendants, passengers and the unidentified passenger.

The fight broke out on Flight 185 from Cleveland to Los Angeles, prompting the pilot to divert to Denver.
