Does Heat Protectant Really Benefit Your Hair?

I know I know, I must be crazy. Who wouldn't want to protect their hair from heat? "Linwood you done lost yo mind!" LOL well, I have a few very good reasons why I don't like heat protectant, and I'm here today to share them with you!

Now bear in mind, just because I don't like heat protectant doesn't mean that there is no way to protect your hair from heat. Don't worry, I'll share those tips with you as well in this video. In this video, I recommend what heat settings you should use on your hair, how to correctly use heat on your hair, and how to prevent damage to the hair through proper conditioning and routine.

Sure some of these tips are common sense, but I also give some healthy hair tips, as well as tips on determining what your hair texture is, versus what your coil pattern is.
