Increase Buttocks & Tone Legs | in 8 Minutes

This workout will help you to increase your buttocks and tone your legs. All you need is to do a 8 minute workout, three times a week.

To fully benefit from this simple but effective workout, I advise to combine this with fat burning exercises such as cardio or high intensity interval workouts. Also mind your diet as always.
