Fragile (Corona-Window-Concert XII)

Window Concerts - a beautiful idea from Italy, which was hit hard by Corona. We are happy to contribute to this idea online. Our 12th greeting goes to England and was written by one of the greatest songwriters of our time. He was born in Wallsend/Newcastle and composed ”Fragile“ in memory of Ben Linder, an American civil engineer, who was killed by the Contras in 1987 while working on a hydroelectric project in Nicaragua. Stay vigilant and united. Covid-19 is a chameleon and can bring unspeakable suffering and grief to those affected and their families. Think of Sting's lyrics:
"On and on the rain will fall like tears from a star, like tears from a star.
On and on the rain will say how fragile we are, how fragile we are."
