zest and juice of 1 lemon

1 shallot
2 cloves sliced garlic
1/2 cup white wine
32 oz tomato sauce
1 cup heavy cream
red pepper flakes
1-2 tsps white sugar
2 tbsps of diced chive, parsley, and basil
grated parmesan
1 tsp lobster base
spaghetti
salt to taste
