Hello my friends and welcome to Tony's Comfort Kitchen (Tony's Bits On The Side) These nduja bruschette are simply divine as a starter or as part of a tapas plate. Nduja is a spreadable spicy sausage from Calabria in southern Italy, and is apparently very trendy right now. Very moreish, so please give them a go and let me know what you think.
