Repairing Harley Davidson Case

I would like to show you guys how I repair and replace the left-side bearing race on a Harley Davidson case. This repair job takes me around an hour and forty-five minutes and I don't know any body in the United States that does this kind of repair. Over the years I had eight different case sections made to fix these Harley Davidson cases. I made all the fixtures to hold them on the milling machines and acquired all the Harley Davidson motor case blueprints. My milling machines are equipped with digital readouts and there is no guesswork when I relocate holes. The main reason people like to repair their old cases is so that they can keep their original serial numbers which are located on the motor case and the title. If they buy aftermarket motor cases you would have to reregister your bike as a 2018 home built motorcycle and get a VIN sticker put on your frame which is a big hassle.
