Lexus and Toyota tensioner pulley bearing replacement

UPDATE:
One of my eagle eyed viewers tracked down some aftermarket pulleys that should work a heck of a lot easier than swapping bearings like I did. The part number is:

900501A and can be found at Advanced Auto for 42$
Gates 36325 that can be found at Oreilly Auto or Amazon for 21$
FEBEST 0187-GSU45 on Amazon for 31$

. This should be a direct swap of just the pulley without needing a new tensioner assembly, so far 2/2 have commented this works.
This is a how to for replacing just the pulley bearings on the tensioner pulley on many Toyota and Lexus vehicles. The replacement bearings are part number 6203-2rs (the 2-rs is for "rubber sealed" on both sides so many different 6203 bearings will work) and I got them on Amazon for 14$ for a 10 pack so I would have extra if I messed up during install or for when they wear out again, just search "6203 bearings" and you will find them.

Here is what I think is a complete list of the cars that use this pulley;

Toyota;
4Runner 2010-2017
Avalon 2005-2017
Camry 2007-2010
FJ Cruiser 2010-2014
Highlander 2008-2013
Rav4 2006-2012
Sienna 2008-2016
Tundra 2011-2014
Venza 2009-2015

Lexus;
IS250/300/350 2006-2016
ES350 2007-2016
GS300/350 2006-2015
RC300 20015-2016
RX350 2007-2015
