Pulley Bearing Inspection & Replacement | Honda S2000

Hey everyone, today I’m going to show you how to inspect and replace the bearings for the idler and belt tensioner pulleys. Both of these pulleys are driven by the serpentine belt and over time the bearings for these pulleys will wear out and begin to make noise. I personally replaced these on my car because I was hunting down some noise coming from the engine bay. It ended up not being related to my worn pulley bearings but I figured this video might help someone else out.

Note: I personally had one of the eBay bearings start to make noise on my idler pulley. I have since used SKF brand bearings instead. I'll update this as time goes on...

- Hammer
- 14mm socket
- 19mm socket
- 26mm socket
- 1 1/8 inch socket
- 1 13/16 inch socket
