Flatbed gets stuck in the creek 20170206

Seasonal creek crossing at the Oceano Dunes February 6th, 2017.
The flatbed had been sitting on that side of the creek for about an hour watching the tide come in. The two bigger trucks came along and offered to lead the way. Well this is what happens when you try to go through about 3ft of rushing seawater. The bottom of the creek is totally sand so it doesn't take long before erosion starts to suck the truck down. 15 more minutes and waves would've been rolling through the windows.
