Wall Clocks
Wrap band around both hands so that there is slight tension when arms are shoulder width apart. Place both hands on the wall at shoulder level. Step right hand out to 1 o'clock and return to start position. Repeat towards 3 o'clock and 5 o'clock. Step left hand out in same sequence towards 11 o'clock, 9 o'clock, and 7 o'clock.
