Kippax, West Yorkshire | Village Centre Walk 2020

Join me for a walk around the small village of Kippax, set amongst the green landscape in the ever-growing urban sprawl just outside Leeds. With a history dating back to Anglo-Saxon times, Kippax has long had its own identity separate from Leeds, the evidence of which is on display all over the village.

On our walk around Kippax, we pass a number of interesting sights, including St. Mary's Church, Manorgarth Hill, the remains of Kippax Castle, the old Barclays Bank, Kippax High Street and Kippax War Memorial.
