Cardio kickboxing with the Karate Hottie

In this video I demonstrate A quick and fun way to get some cardio in! The song that I am using today is "Wobble" by V.I.C. there are 7 parts to the sequence!

1. 4 Knees while moving forward
2. 4 Elbows while moving backwards
3. Air speed bag to the right 4 count
4. Air speed bag to the left 4 count
5. Step forward with your right foot. Then jab, cross, and 3 uppercuts back to neutral position
6. Step forward with left foot. Then jab, cross, and 3 undercuts back to neutral position.
7. Side to side steps with dips as you turn counter clockwise!
THEN REPEAT AS MANY TIMES AS YOU'D LIKE! 😄
