Karate Hottie shows Shane Fazen a new way to shadowbox

While Shane (from fight tips) was visiting New Mexico he stopped by our home gym to play around for a bit. I decided to show him a different way to look at shadow boxing. This way allows you to be more creative with your movement and combinations. Lots of people can get bored shadow boxing because they are not mentally or physically engaged. By focusing on the target it allows you utilize your mind in a more creative way. It will allow you to use multiple technique's on 1 target. This method translates well in a fight because you become more fluid in your ability to find the target and connect with multiple options.
