We are constantly being exposed to stress on the daily and finding an outlet to release stress is much needed for our sanity. IN this video, I share some of the steps that I take to reduce stress. Which are:
1. Practicing breathe work. Basically breathing in and out 5-10 times to calm myself
2. Meditation.
3. Be present
4. Be organised
5. Declutter
